Hello,
I recently configured Agent I’d and extension to users and were able to take the calls using desk phone. But now those agents need to work from home and use there personal phone to pick calls. So in Avaya one x softphone I tried to change system settings to ring on other phone. When I use our company DID(vpn phone) it’s working but when I use there personal phone number it’s not working agent and always having this message “Agent is unable to login”
