Question on Avaya one x softphone

Hello,

I recently configured Agent I’d and extension to users and were able to take the calls using desk phone. But now those agents need to work from home and use there personal phone to pick calls. So in Avaya one x softphone I tried to change system settings to ring on other phone. When I use our company DID(vpn phone) it’s working but when I use there personal phone number it’s not working agent and always having this message “Agent is unable to login”
 
What version of CM? Major key to this.

Avaya IP Softphone is ancient and long out of support. I'd be surprised if it successfully registered these days to a newer switch.

Like others said, try One X Agent. Until we know your release though it is a mystery. A trace is also nice once we get this figured out and if the problem persists.



edit: reread the original post and just saw no reference of IP Softphone. I need to drink my coffee before I post.
 
Thank you guys it helped, I had the wrong COR assigned, list trace worked!
 
I agree that oneX is getting pretty old but it does still connect and work just fine with CM versions at least through 7.3.
