Question in Avaya IPO Server Edition Resiliency Design

can we make resiliency for Avaya IPO Server edition if Server A is not the same type of server B ? I have a client who has SE R640 Server and he would like to add another node for resiliency can I make the resiliency using R340 or any other server or both server should be matched in the hardware level to achieve the resiliency for the server edition ??!

Its simply down to numbers. Would the number of users/extensions/calls it would have to support during resilience be within the supported capacity of a R240 server? So the document you need to look at is the IP Office Capacity docs.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks Sizbut, yes you are correct I have checked with ATAC team and they confirmed that it's all about capacity planning
