Question about Lucent Partner phone system

I think that I have a Lucent Partner ACS phone system. How do I find out what version I have, and where can I find a manual

You can do a feature 59 to see what release you have, and I have a PDF manual at the house I can send you for the newer versions, just send your Email address. Matt Wray

I have seen this mentioned elsewhere but I am not sure how to use 'feature 59', is feature a button on the phone, because I can't see this on our phones.

Right, if you have a Partner phone near the hold and speaker buttons, should be a button labeled FEATURE. What type of phones do you have? Otherwise you can look on the processor card and as long as it has not been upgraded, the release is right next to the green light in the center of the card. Matt Wray

I now reliase that I do not have the system as discussed, it is now a Euro Generis - GENERIS710 EUROA. Does anybody know where I can get a manual for this system?

The file Matt mentioned is probably in Dutch (xxxx-nl might indicate Netherlands, i.e. Holland), although I was unable to access the URL to confirm this. And, No, I don't speak Dutch!!!

Thanks chaps, I have downloaded the file - I worked out it was in Dutch, but having some problems translating it into English - will try again later
