Question about coverage answer groups

Hi guys,

Do you know if exist a way to know what extension answer a call that enters to a coverage answer group?, I have 1 extension that use a coverage path that invoke to a coverage answer group, and when a call enters to that extension, the extensions that are members of the coverage answer group rings at the same time, but I need to know wich extension finally answer the call because it seems some person are working more than others.

If these phones used in the coverage answer group are also part of a measured Skill, you could look for Extension-In and OTHER calls that are being pegged against them.

Also, if you can run out to the floor and send test calls to the group to deterimine if someone has a muted ringer, or if there is always someone who can't stand to let a call ring more than once who is answering all...

I'm not usign a measured skill, if I send test calls I can see who answer or not, but I need evidence to take decisions and I dont' know if it is possible or not.
