Odd question I know, but is there a way to get IP Office to recognise a rotary phone on an analogue extension port? I have a few old phones and just for giggles would like to use them now and then for no particular reason but they can't dial out which is a shame.

Thanks, that was my understanding as well. I guess my candlestick phones will just have to sit here looking pretty but doing very little.

You can get DTMF/modern versions that look ancient if that floats your boat :)

Get one of those 90s Casio watches that plays stored numbers via DTMF into the voice path/mic :)

I can just find an old 1980s Radio Shack handheld tone dialer and have a totally different flashback LOL

Candle Stick Phone>Panasonic A-series>Alog line>IPO Alog Extn>IPO

I connected one a few years ago with an Innovaphone IP2x ATA. It is able to handle pulse dialing phones.

What release was it? R9 doesn't seem to like it.
