Neither - an ETR is not eligible to be an Operator position.
If you have a Magix with all ETR extensions, and no MLX or TDLs, the first ETR station port will be the default "operator" that can be reached by dialing 0 on an SA button, but it can not be programmed as a DLC or QCC
