Converting our call center to VoIP and bought Avaya 1150e phones to run on CS1000, Rel. 7.0.
When I built the first phone, I noticed none of the ACD keys - MSB, NRD, ACT, etc. - that are already on the phone show up as programmed when I print the TN record.

Any idea where these features are to be programmed? Not having a lot of luck finding anything on the net.

Thanks,

They need to be programmed on keys 1 thru 5 so they are visible on the main page screen. It looks though you need to have a SCR dn if you use them with CCM or symposium for its personal DN. The ACT could go on 6-11, but you would have to use the shift function.

So, the Not Ready, Make Busy, and Activity keys around the number pad are just window dressing? Or, do they only work with a Avaya-specific PBX and not the old Nortel?

MSB and NRD autopopulate on Key 12 and 13 for me. The ACNT key needs to be added manually. We are on 7.5 but it's been like this since 5.0.

I was pushed into this by higher ups wanting the latest/greatest. May not be so great. :-(
Thank you.

Sorry, I see it now, was on the wrong page for this one. Thanks Guycable2 for pointing us the right direction.
