Hi guys
How do I program an SV8100 with TDM CCIS to an SV8500 as its only access to outside trunks? I inherited this system from a tech who’s just left and I can’t dial Long Distance from the 8100. Internal CCIS calls, 800 and Local calls I can dial but LD calls will not go out, either I get a busy or Telco intercept message with my programming changes.

What is the best way to program this up so it works, anyone got a cheat sheet to program LCR in the 8100?

Thank you for your reply Belevedere.
1 Is there a way in the 8100 to see what digits are sent across the TDM CCIS span like the the commands IPMT or CCIS
trace in the 85/8300's?.
2 Do I have to setup ARS in the 8100 to be able to dial Long distance calls, local & 800 calls are working( as it's not setup yet)?
Thank you

If you are using PCPro for the 8100, then look into some of the tools available on the top bar.
Yes, you need ARS to dial long distance when using the trunking over another switch.

Im currently trying to implement 8100 to 8500 ccis having issues getting d-channel to come up. any chance you could send a copy of 8100 database?
