Problems with web access to Avaya Intuity™ AUDIX® LX R1.1

When we moved our office we also moved our Audix system and put it on a different IP network. I can access the admin pages but when I try to do messaging administration it craps out.

It's definitely related to the certificate that Avaya uses. How do I change the cert information so that I can remotely administer my voice mail system once again?
 
That would be all fine and dandy but when you login as sa you're immediately launched into X-Windows and the ssh session to the box comes up. We need to modify the certificate.
