Hello,

Sorry by my english.

I have a problem with DUSYI, when I write DUSYI, the result is the next:

<DUSYI;
SYSTEM DUMP INFORMATION
REM BUSY

END

and when I do SFCEI, my problem is:

<SFCEI;
NOT ACCEPTED
RESTART/RELOADING
<

What can I do?

THANKS

My MD110 is in BC10

thanks whosrdaddy but when I do RFPUI the result is:

<RFPUI:UNIT=DRDM&DRDH,LIM=1;
NOT ACCEPTED
RESTART/RELOADING
<

thanks,

Oh my fault,

I overlooked this in ALEX :

"No command except command LALRL will be executed if REM is busy. I.e. when restart or reload is in progress"

this means that your only option is to completely restart your PBX. you can do this by command : LALRL:LIM=ALL;
or by pressing the button on the LPU 4 times.

*Warning* only do this if you know what you are doing, maybe your PBX won't start at all after this action. Best thing to do is to contact your local Ericsson support.

another question, since when is your PBX in this status (restart/reload)?

Upps, but this action restart my PBX from the last REL, and there are a lot of changes in the last days.

Any other solution?

Thanks

You should first try a Rfexi.

Be carefull because all calls will be dropped during one minutes. But if you're lucky, Data reload will not occur.

to rorni :

from BC10 a data reload will always follow after a RFEXI.

"No command except command LALRL will be executed if REM is busy. I.e. when restart or reload is in progress" => this is what ALEX says, thus this means that RFEXI is also a no go...

To whosrsdaddy

I will remember this when we go from BC9 to BC11. On BC9, Rfexi was fixing a lot of thing, including a busy Rem ( and without data reload )

/rorny :)

Hi,

If you want to try, it´s possible to restart a LIM by pressing the LPU button only twice. This will cause that LIM to restart. I am not quite sure if this will also generate a data reload as RFEXI will.

It´s a good practice to use the periodical system dump so that the system automatically makes a system dump once a day. That way the amount of lost data can be minimized in cases like this.

Hi
Pressing the LPU button twice will cause a reload of LIM.

Pressing the LPU button once will cause a restart of LIM.

If the the LPU button is pressed it will lock in and when pressed again it will release. This known as pressing the LPU button once and therefore restarting the LIM. .

To lme,

Copy and paste from ALEX (Document nr 3/154 31-CNA 103 239 Uen):

"The push button is locking, i.e. first time the push button is pressed, the board is reset and halted. The second time the push button is pressed, the LPU-board is released and the program execution is started. Reset is hereafter understood to be a double-push of the button."

To FICRI

The info was for Astonces to clarify the button pressing
procedure as compared to the older LPU boards.
Although he is on LPU5 he may not have ALEX.

Hi Astonces do you still have the problem? LPU button pressing in LIM 1 will fix your problem quick and fast. The fault is, REM status stays busy. I can fix your problem without restarting anything. Let me know if we need to do something here. //patcher

Hi patcher, what can I do by MODEM? I can´t press the button because the PBX is to 200 Km of me.

Thanks,

Hi Astonces try the following

SACOP:LIM=1,UNIT=REM2,SECTOR=DS,ADDR=1B1;

If the data under 01 is equal to 02 then you need to do the following

SACOS:LIM=1,UNIT=REM2,SECTOR=DS,ADDR=1B1,DATA=00;

check again with

SACOP:LIM=1,UNIT=REM2,SECTOR=DS,ADDR=1B1;

Now you can try DUSYI again.

This problem normally hapens when a remote LIM is constantly requesting restart due to faulty system links. REM gets in a bit of a knot.

Let me know if this helps......m110d
