Problem with VoiceMail IP Office 406

I'm Working with a IP Office 406, this morning I try to add to VoiceMail. I open the Ip Office Manager, I selected the Customer, Under User profile i select the voicemail option, an enables the VoiceMail On and enter a Voicemail Code.

From a IP Phone 5602, I test the VoiceMail,First I introduce the number extension, then the password and the system said that the Code is incorrect. I change the Voicemail code and the same situation happends.

Any idea about this problem...???
 
You enter the code in the "vociemail code" field AND also in the "Confirm voicemail code" field??
 
That´s Right... I enter the code in both Fields...
 
leave the code blank then just press # when it asks for it
