Has anyone experienced problems with an Avaya IP Office 500 v2 connecting to Virgin/Telewest ISDN30 with Nokia NTE? The ISDN30 has 15 channels. For some reason we experience engaged tone on intermittently on incoming calls. There are plenty of free channels available when the calls are made. We have so far swapped out the PRI card and checked all the incoming call flow and all. Any ideas? Virgin insist the ISDN30 does not have a fault.
