Problem with Mamager provision,

Hello

I have a problem with Manager Provision, cant connect to the Mx-one.

I open my explorer/firefox and type in the IP adress to the Mx-one, and get the page to write user name and password, but cant get any connection to the Mx.one

This have been OK, but no i cant connect th Mx-One.

Any have some tip that i can tri.

Restart the eri_om service in LIM=1.

I have tried with
restart -unit ERI_OM -lim 1

MDSH> restart -unit ERI_OM -lim 1
ERI_OM doesn't exist in system

Here is what i got fraom Mx-One.

As doktor said, restart eri_om but the way I do this is below:

/etc/init.d/eri_om status...to check its running on that server then...
/etc/init.d/eri_om restart

this should kick it back into life for you

Oh and you have to do this in 'su'

Also you can try to check and restart MP

/etc/init.d/eri_mp status

/etc/init.d/eri_mp restart
