problem with junction lines indication

Dear sir

we have ips 2000 system and using dterm32 phone as operator console. we have 6 dot lines for out and incoming calls purpose. The problem is the led lights on the determ phone using for junction lines always glowing (red colour) even in idle mode .
Originally as and when the incoming call comes or we make outside call then only the lights should glow (green) means the lines are busy.

pl help us how to stop glowing the lights in idle mode

Make sure that CMD 3018 is set to a 0 for each trunk that has a direct line key appearance. That command equates to the old "A" lead control. You should also clean up the key data. Anything that says "WRONG" should be deleted. Those had a trunk or extension appearance that was deleted from the system. In your case any assignment with a "Dxxx is a direct trunk appearance. Those need to be verified in CMD 3018.
