Hi gang,
I've got a win2K server, sp3, and exchange 2000 running sans service packs. I'd like to install sp1-3 for Exchange 2000. Sounds simple enough.
I've downloaded both the cumulative patches for Exchange 2000 SP2 and SP3 and saved them to one of my server's HD's. They are, predictably, .exe files. If I double click either of them, I get this error:
D:\temptrash\exchange sp\EX2KSP2_server.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
I've downloaded these ~180Meg files a couple of times each to make sure the dload was okay, and I'm getting them directly from the Microsoft website. I'm at a loss here.
It's somewhat urgent as I can't install Symantec AntiVirus Filtering without at least SP1, and what with all the Virus hubbub going around, that sure would be nice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
