Hi all, i have a problem programming buttons on 3 x DBM32 dss panels linked to a 1416 phone. The problem is when i go to the Button programming on the user and create user buttons. once i get to button 104 (which is already on the third DBM32) and click the (Ok) button after setting it for a user the Admin tool brings up an error. the error state.. UNHANDLED EXCEPTION HAS OCCURREDNIN YOUR APPLICATION. IF YOU CLICK CONTINUE THE APPLICATION WILL IGNORE THE ERROR AND ATTEMT TO CONTINUE, IF YOU CLICK QUIT THE APPLICATION WILL CLOSE IMMEDDIATELY.
i even creaated a User right and put half of the buttons in there and the other half on the user. the error dont occur, but the user right does not reflect the buttons in the users button program.
Please help.
i have put a picture on Sugar sync.

Sounds like a bad installation of Manager (or poor coding of the software), did you try re-installing it? As all IPO programming is offline this is nothing to do with the system :)

ok. i will delete the admin tool and reinstall it. thanks for the tip.

i have deleted my admin tool and reinstalled it and still get the same message on the button programming.[sad]
im using 8.1 (63)admin tool. is there a later version thats out?

There is 8.1.65 out, but I would try quickly installing on another PC if possible and see if it happens then. If so I'd say it's either an issue with Manager itself or possibly a corrupt config....hopefully not the latter. :)
