problem in SV9100 remote ip phone

Dear All,

I have a NEC IP phone at a remote site connecting to the SV 9100 system by VPN.

The phone will disconnect and reconnect while receiving a call.
No problem with outgoing calls and all the IP phones on the local site.

Does anyone know what caused this?

Please help.
 
Two things to check:

15-05-47 and 48 set to 60

SIP ALG is off on both sides on your router/firewalls.

my setting in 15-05-47 and 48 are 180.
and 10-46-14 is off
