Privacy on Analog call transfer

Have the below issue with Analog sets:
Call Scenario: External through PRI, you call the analog set and then the analog set transfers to attendant. It connects without privacy. They use the analog set and then press the link button and dial 0 and then they are transferred to attendant without privacy.

Is there a way to enable privacy so that the person on hold cannot hear the other callers during the transfer?

Try putting PHD under FTR on the set

I don't think there is a way to "force" privacy on that call type...i.e. a 500 set doing transfer to an attendant. But I think you can set the default call state to be private.

Check the Customer Data Block ATT_DATA for OPT SYA (or set it to SYA and test it)
