Priority in the IP office

Hello all,

Is it possible to give some type of priority to a call?
I.E. The call "business" has to be offered first and above other calls. This priority must be anaibled n a HUNT....
(Like skill prio's in the vector af a definity system)

Or is it possible to set a priority at agent level. (like the level option in CMS)

Is it just one person that needs the priority or not.
If it is (like the director) we made it like this:
In the incoming call route add new route,
Fill in the ddi that is called,
Fill in the CLI of the person that calls.
Destination is a special made huntgroup.
At de reception desk make a button for that group.

When this person calls that button will lite up.

Filter on CLI, DDI etc
