and another great couple of commands.. luvu.. unused tn's and prt ludn.. a list of unused numbers.. and here's a little more advanced command that gives you station type and tn and then idu's each set to see if the as-built matches the original//
ld 117
inv generate midnight or
inv generate sets
you don't need to stay in 117, the sets command will tell you when it finishes.. couple of minutes per set.. the midnight command allows you to print anytime you need to..
ld 117
inv prt sets
and if you used the midnight command or inv generate all..
ld 117
inv prt cards
i use an excel macro to sort that file and a do a simple sum=(a1-c1) in excel to show me any mismatched sets.. at my site, now that i cleaned it up.. that does a search for users grabbing display sets when offices become vacant.. if they have a set, upgrades are free.. but some perfer to "be the phone man" then have a fit when the keys are in the wronge place and the display works half way.. ..
i had a lady swear that 4222 has always rang on my phone, my database going back 2 years disagrees..
do a prt tnb and capture it once a quarter.. use the pepedog macro and file it by date.. great tool.. but i know you never outted the wronge tn.. nice to have a cheat sheet
