Kelvin,
very easy to config pri2 on Rls5. the setup shown as below. hope can help you. good luck...

REQ ld17
TYPE cequ
PRI2 XX (any spare loop)
MGC 4 0 08 (your first PRI2 card)
PRI2 YY (another any spare loop)
MGC 4 0 04 (your second PRI2 card)

if you have D channel , the config same, but enable the card loop difference.
.LD 96
enl msdl 4 0 08 fdl <CR> (force download MSDL on your PRI2 located slot)
........

.enl msdl 4 0 04 fdl <CR>

Are you sure?
Imho PRI2 is not an IPE card so it can not be 4_x_xx.
It must be in network space and is addressed like loops and superloops: 1 digit.

Guys firstly thanks for the reply!

I have now got it sorted pri2 = digital loop which is pre determind by nortel it was in the upgrade 1000s to 1000e book! so 4 0 4 = loop79 and 4 0 8 = lp83

thanks

you do not have to use the as built if you have a reason to change.. you can out those in the cequ and put them back in anywhere you need... when you do an upgrade, it modifies your cequ.. most of the time that build works.. but if you don't want those both in the same group.. move one.. i have had to do that in the past, not wanting all my ld in the same group.. 4 pris so i moved one to each group... i would hate to lose all ld for a single cni problem
