PRI In Hong Kong 1

Just wanted to know if anybody has got any experience with PRI\T1 lines in Hong Kong.

I can get inbound working but when i dial out I get the message "CMCauseBearerCapabilityNotImplemented" .

It seems to use enbloc but when I dial out it just comes out saying number busy

Stupid question, you do have the systems region is set to Hong Kong?

And HK I would have thought use ETSI signalling?

Here is a link to a document showing the pertinent areas of the Hong Kong system my company manages. This has been in place for several months without issue and was installed and configured by a local HK engineer.

Line is set to PRI

Thanks for your responses.

Managed to speak to an avaya partner here in Hong Kong early this morning. One of the changes that o would never of hot was in the T1 option I had to change NIC2 to DES300. Once this was changed all came up
