Hi All,

I am having an issue with a prank caller that is calling about 300 times a day. His # shows up as an Withheld Number. He is calling into one of our 800#'s which is pointed to a DID we have and then it is routed to a hunt group.

I have searched the forum and I see where someone suggested creating an ICR with * in the Incoming # field but I am not sure if that will work since he is calling through the 800#.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Rob

Doc, we better back up. We don't have enough road to get up to 88.

You can use the * it doesn't matter what number he calls, but it will bar/block all withheld numbers obviously :)

Thanks amriddle01

Do I leave the destination blank?

using the * with a blank destination blocked all calls

Do you have voicemail pro?
If yes then sent him to a voice question with a lot of odd and stupid question.
He will get tired of it :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Rob,

I would check with the DID provider as why caller ID/ANI is not being passed, as caller Id is usually not withheldable on toll free lines.
