Postage meter dialing out without dialing 9

Hello everyone,
I have a postage meter connected to an analog 793B card on a Definity SI release 6.
This meter used to be on a pots line and worked without issue.
The customer has recently switched to a PRI so I added an extension on the analog card for this device and was hoping someone could lead me in the right direction on how to allow this extension to dial out without having to dial 9.
9 is the ARS feature code.
Any help would be appreciated.

try "hotline" dialing, on page 3 of the station form, use an abbreviated dialing list entry that contains a "9", when the phone goes off hook, a "9" will be inserted.
