I have a report displayed on the screen in Preview mode and I need to use the scroll bars to see all of the form because it positions itself half-off the screen. Is there any way to specify the position of the form. I have tried many things without success and think I must be overlooking a solution that might be very simple. Any help gratefully appreciated.

Have you thought about placing the following code in your 'On Open' Events procedure for your report...
docmd.maximize 'Placed in the On Open Events procedure
By doing the above it will fill your screen with the report. Should correct positioning problem. Also, place the following in your 'On Close' Events procedure for the same report to restore settings after closing the report.
docmd.restore 'Placed in the On Close Events procedure
