Hi we are installing a callpilot release 5 with release 4.5.
we are also using mobile voice client.SS and VGMC card also installed in this system. The network guys wants the port info which should be open to get desktop messaging/mobile voice client/fax messageing from there Firewall.
Could somebody point which PORTS must be open or ports info of
-Desktop Messaging
-Fax messaging
-Mobile voice client
-any port of 11c
- SS and VGMC.
Note that they are binding a public IP with firewall which will be routed to PBX/CP/SS.
