We Have Ip406 ver 3.2, Phone Manager Pro and Licences. Is it as simple as using phone manager pro to pop Act then pointing to the Act database if so which file in Act should it point to.
No luck, only version 6 is supported.
From 7 and up Act! has changed the database from .mdb to SQL. Since then it doesn't work and Avaya don't intend to make any efford on this.
That's because the database has changed in ACT!7 from mdb to sql.
Altough documentation says ACT!7 is supported it doesn't work and Avaya will adjust docs in time.
