Polycom Soundstation2W and Avaya IP office 500 v2 R9 1

Hello!

I have a polycom Soundstation2W connected to Avaya manager via analogue cable. I am trying to make a conference call through the polycom, and everytime I follow the instructions below, it doesn't work, keeps on telling me to put a number which I do continuosly:
Way 1:
Put call on hold
Press "Join" button on polycom
Join two calls together
Way 2:
Press "Jojn" button while on call
Dial second number
Press "Join" button again

Both these ways don't work with me both for internal and external calls

Is there anything I need to do from the manager gui under analogue extension or user side?

The IPO is a little different. dial first call. hit flash then dial second call and hit flash. when you have system dialtone dial *47 (default code for conference join) and it will bring the calls together.
