Polycom sound station 6000 with ip office

Ok, I've frequented this forum for help and have found a lot of good advice here. This is my first time posting though.

I am running 8.1 version 67 and have purchased and installed my 3rd party license. Never used a non Avaya phone with ip office and its whipping me, My system status tells me the extension is trying to register but fails because of incorrect user id/password. I'm fairly certain they all match up though. I'm attaching a monitor reading when it tries to register. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yea, conference is spelled wrong everywhere......

The username will usually be the extn number and the password is the login code not the user passsord :)

 
Thanks for the quick response, I'll change that and hopefully be done! .... for now
 
Ok, I've got it to register now (Thanks amriddle) now I can make internal calls fine (inbound and outbound) but it will not dial external numbers? Any ideas, I have no experience with polycom phones. Below is a monitor from trying to make a call, I never even see where it tries to dial the outbound number
