Polycom IP 6000 on IP Office 6.0 no inbound calls

Setup a Polycom IP 6000 for customer per Avaya instructions and it works for outbound calls from the phone but no incoming calls to the phone will ring to the phone. Checked all setting and everything is correct per instructions and shows as registered on Monitor.

did you build an incoming call route pointing to this extension in the dest tab?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Post a trace if someone dialling the extn

I cannot even dial from an extension to the Polycom. It goes straight to voicemail and it is showing the phone in a busy state.

Will post trace once I can contact customer to let me in the system to get trace.

Does it show as a call from that user or does it show as No User when you call another extn from the phone?

When you dial with the Polycom, does it show the username or NoUser?
If NoUser then login with the Polycom user.

Phone shows the user and covers to voicemail but Polycom does not ring. Shows in the trace that the phone is not available and in a busy state. DND nor forwarding is turned on, on the phone nor the user. Outgoing calls from the Polycom to an extension shows the name and number on the calling phone.

Make a monitor trace with a call to the Polycom phone.
Leave the filer settings for monitor default.
