PM IPRO Audio Source

My IPRO works very fine with a plantronics headset (USB). But if I open a website with the Internet Explorer and a plugin with audio starts, then I can not understand my interlocutor. Is there a way to prior the IPRO? Do you know a tool to switch the Audio prior (e.g. a tool with a tab to switch which audio source are active)?

One must most regrettable express our discognizance of any such utility for discriminating between multitudinous audio sources being received and relayed simultaneously through the sound device of your personal computing terminal.

The Internet Explorer is not the only audio source at the PC. Does somebody know a helpful tool?
