Please help on MCR

greetings...

i have defined 3 phones with MCR. but when one of the person is on the phone the other phones does not show that that the person is on the phone. how to fix that? please advise. thanks.

That is not the purpose of multi call ring, once the MCR is answered the line is free for the other appearences to get a call on the same number.

If you want to see the other person on the phone and have that extension busy, Define them as SCR (Single Call Ring). In other words only one call allowed at one time to that number. All other phones with that number will have that line busy and show an arrow next to the key.

the mcr can not show busy because it is idle for another call.. if you need mcr's then add bfs keys to the sets..
