I am trying to get the phone to display who is being called within the pickup group. I am sure i have seen this before. This is useful when users are hotdesking and not sitting close together so users can see who is being called.
Phones are typically 5320. Any suggestions?

All I can think of is name it in the telephone directory and see if this works. Any one else?

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

You are looking for a visual indication of who is calling a member of the pickup group? Not sure that is possible and you didn't specify the platform.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.

Pickup groups are normally used in areas where other users can hear each others phones ringing and then choose to pickup the call as they are part of a group that can handle the call.

If you have users in other areas and want to 'pickup' calls then i would suggest a multicall or a multiline key on the sets as this will then display the name/number of the calling party on a separate key. Then the user can choose to answer the key depending on the name/number being displayed.
