pickup call at different phone

I need to setup the assistants phone so she can answer calls going to the directors phone from her office. Example, she is sitting at her desk and hears his phone ringing and she can answer the call from her desk.

When she hears his phone ring, she can do Feature 76 then dial his ext. # to answer the call ... A better way would be to put an ANSWER DN button on her phone for his extention. (Under Line Access in programming)
