Hi, i ask same info about this?

i have voibe (4 channel) whit 1 ip lcd phone, to use this software i need same license ( i hope yes but my vendor tell me that are included whit voibe card).
i need lanu? or simpli connect to lan where there is voibe.
How to active ?
Can i use phontage from outside the lan?
what difference between phontage and ezphone.

The VOIB card for the ipLDK-60 description:
There are two cards.
The old card must have 1,3,4 dip switch OFF and DS 2 ON
The new card could be ALL DS in ON or OFF

Please check this!

If you have working IP phone the VOIB is configurated OK,
the problem is set up Phontage

We try to give you some hints here in this forum.
BUT have you contacted your dealer.
The Phontage softphone is seen working together with iPECS and ipLDK-24/50/100/300/600, so it should also work with ipLDK-60.

How did it go with your tests and evaluations of this issue?
If I faced problems like this I would reset the system to factory defaults, and the manually re-program the PBX.
Also I would check for the latest firmware for the VOIB board. Finally this issue could end up in hardware faults.
