Hi all,
I am very new to the PBX system and am having to learn it for the migration I am working on. I currently have run into an issue where, when you call someone, the phone keeps ringing and won't go to voicemail. I've tried the voice mail extension directly, and it works just fine. It's just that the call doesn't forward to voicemail if the user doesn't answer. I checked the FDN and the HUNT settings on the extensions and all are correct. I also tried courtesy stopping and starting the channels under Channel Monitor in call pilot, but I still run into the same issue. Here's the config of a TN configured on my PBX. Any ideas on what else to try? Also, 2551 is the voicemail extension.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
