Phones randomly ringing

I have a customer that is complaining that the phone just start ringing. They un-plug the phone for a day and when they pulg it back in it stops. IPO 3.0.44. Anyone had this problem?

Upgrade. 3.0.44 is a poor version to use, use 3.0.69 or, even better, 3.1.56

3.1.48 is one of the most stable releases that i have found. i have been cautious of upgrading to 3.1.56 until i hear more about it.

We upgraded from 3.0.44 to 3.1.48. We ran into a problem with our call center. The hunt group overflow setting does not work when we set it for 30 seconds or more. Since 3.1.56 is too new we went back to 3.0.69.

3.1 (56) look real good to me.
Have some sides and al working for me.
Huntgroup overflow works fine now.

3.1.56 is not good for PC softphone. Problems with retrieving parked calls (inbound only), transferring call using speeddials and access violations in the application.

Agree that it's solved a lot other problems
