phones go straight to cover 1

i have 3 phones (8410D) that are going straight to cover. i do not see anywhere in the system (Definity) where it is saying go straight to cover. there are also no buttons on the phone itself that are set to send calls. i recently setup the phones to use bridged appearances. ever since i did that, they go straight to cover. could it be because i removed the rollover locations?

i am extreme novice please bear with me.

Does the set have a port assigned? Also make sure it has more than one line appearance.
