Need help. I have a ext that the phone rings once and the display reads "outside call to outside call". The call doesn't register on CDR or on a list trace. This is occuring several times a day on this ext. Any suggetions?

LIST USA EXT 1234"
See where this extension is used within the PBX. Could be part of a coverage path or a vector.

checked the list usage ext xxxx
checked coverage path is okay, no vectors.

Do you have any bridged appearences on that station? Perhaps it is the bridged apperence that is ringing.

The list usage should have shown any bridged appearance.

If you status the station, is it possible that it is forwarded?

list usage" only shows where that station extension is used at. It would not show if that station has a bridged-appearence of another extension.
