There is also a softkey that will do this. On the station admin form it is 'int-aut-an'. If you look at the menu it will display as HFAns. You can either de-select this at the station, or remove from the softkeys altogether. I've never found a user yet that has any use for this feature.
I believe this feature exists for use in 'clean' spaces like operating rooms, so that the users have a 'hands free answerback' option for all calls. I happen to own a couple of Avaya 'analog' sets that have this option also.
