Phone Manger Cannot Connect After Upgrade to R9 3

I have 2 systems with the same issue. After upgrading an older processor (406 and IP500v1) to new IP500v2 with 9.0, Phone Manger can browse and find the IP Office, but when you hit User List, you get the message "Cannot connect to <ip address of IP500>" At both locations, Phone Manager has been running without any issue for years. Now for the odd part...when I plug my laptop in at the office, I can connect to the demo system running R9, but I get the same error message when on site.
 
You do know that phone manager is no longer supported in R9, yeah? I believe the issue with those, however, is in security settings you need to allow TFTP read/write. Had the same issue with softconsole.

Indeed, you need to change in the security settings the tftp read & write. In 9.0 it is off by default.
 
That was it. Just a little undocumented feature upgrade.
