I have 2 systems with the same issue. After upgrading an older processor (406 and IP500v1) to new IP500v2 with 9.0, Phone Manger can browse and find the IP Office, but when you hit User List, you get the message "Cannot connect to <ip address of IP500>" At both locations, Phone Manager has been running without any issue for years. Now for the odd part...when I plug my laptop in at the office, I can connect to the demo system running R9, but I get the same error message when on site.
