I am trying tomanipulate this in working with ACT 11.0 but currently I get an error on theincoming calls stating that the Class not registerd. I seen a previous post in regards to this stating the .net maybe an issue. I have updated all the .net in question and still get the error. the final entry inthe thread mentioned registry editing however it did not post what to register. any insight would be helpful. Thanks in Advance.

IP Office 406 with 4.2.14

You need a 3rd party TAPI.NET. TAPI isn't part of ACT since something around version 6.0.

ACT! 7.0 and higher requires a third-party application TAPI.NET to be installed along with IP Office TAPI driver.

Do you install TAPI.NET?

True enough. we downloaded the trial and installed it and it works a treat. However now getting the customer to part with another $140 a seat is going to be some fun. thanks guys.
