One of our users now has a laptop as their main machine and cannot use Phone Manager to manage her calls. other machines seem to be OK.
I had trouble installing Phone Manager onto the machine at first, it didn't pick up the IP of the server - was just blank, but after I disabled the wireless network connection and went via the regular LAN, it identified it.
When opening up Phone Manager to use it, it had no knowledge of who she was so I tried to configure the PBX, but the PBX address displayed looked like the test IP address shown in the Help files. I couldn't change it...
The correct values are present in the registry, they're just not being used.
Have checked that the firewall is not blocking it, as the program is an allowed exception.
Any other ideas... Please...
Thanks
Tara
