Hi,
We are having an issue with one of our users who is able to log in to Phone Manager but cannot click on any speed dial or any directory entry. The entries are there but just not selectable.
This happens for the same user on multiple different machines (Windows 10 and Windows 2008 Server). We have dozens of other users that are not having the same issue.
We have deleted the '.manifest' files, recreated the user profile but nothing seems to have helped.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
