Phone forwarded to Voicemail, caller gets 'no reply'

Hello, our customer forwards a norstar 7310 to a nam voicemail ( F984 ). When someone calls their extension they sometimes get ' no reply ' in their display and their call does not go to voicemail as it should. Any one know what the no reply means and how to stp this from happening
 
Never have seen that but does the user have a VM Box? Does dialing the DN for voicemail work? Have them fwd their phone to the VM DN and see what happens...I have three of them right now and no issues with them...
 
Could be all vmail channels are in use at the time it is trying to forward the call. Does this happen only on internal calls?

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)
 
I have same problem.
When caller call to worker directly and worker occupied the phone at this moment then caller redirect to personal mailbox of this worker.
But if other worker take the call and transfer to other worker but this worker occupied the phone at this moment the caller newer redirect to personal mailbox of this worker.
Why? From external call all work correctly, but from internal transfer not?!?
 
Check the call forward no answer settings on those ext's that aren't working correctly. Make sure they match the F985 dn.
