Hello all, I do hope that someone here can provide some insight to an issue that has arisen.
I have an older nortel system, System Version 30CQE06 NAT, and recently a problem has arisen that I know have to find a solution for. It seems that when callers call in to the phone system and then type in a 3 digit extension to reach whomever it is they are calling, they get a response that "the extension doesn't exist" even though it quite clearly does and no changes have been made. I was wondering if anyone out there may have an idea on why something like this would happen. I would like to provide more information but I personally haven't been able to replicate the issue but I am told that this happens 10-15% of the time.
Any and all help is appreciated on this matter. Thanks.
