Phone Data

I am in the process of changing out a Nortel system and its phones, a mix of m7208's, t7316e's and 1140e's. Before I send the old phones off site, is there any data that is stored on these phones or is everything (if anything) stored on the server? Thank so much!!

Only firmware and possibly user setting like contrast maybe on the IP 1140 sets but all other sets retain nothing.

The voice mail does have user names. Do a re install to wipe it out.
