personal call manager

I'm trying to get the personal call manager working. I installed the LAN CTE, then the PCM, but cannot see the proper TAPI interface to choose when I start the PCM. I'm on a Windows 2000 Pro workstation. The system is a BCM50e with 4 LAN CTE seats loaded. Any thoughts on what I need to do to make these work together?

Have you configured the BCM with the IP address,network name or PC name.

I have now. When I originally posted, I had not. After programming my domain/user into the BCM and installing the software a few times, it seems to be running well now. Just goes to show you, RTFM... Thanks for taking a look.
